What EarthNode GIS Is
EarthNode GIS is an operator brand for independent geographic witness work. It is not a platform. It is not a franchise. It is a named practice, running under a Texas sole proprietorship, doing the kind of spatial analysis that tells you what is actually on the ground — not what the model predicts, not what the survey assumes.
The core deliverable is a digest-stamped spatial record: a time-anchored, methodology-documented account of what a place looked like at a moment in time. That record can travel into litigation, into regulatory review, into institutional memory, into the chain of custody that paper alone cannot hold.
Phase one is read-only. No key custody. No asset management. No fiduciary exposure. The work is witness work: observe, document, stamp, deliver.

The Dual-Door Frame
You already know Door 1. It is the paper door. The survey, the appraisal, the title search, the environmental report. The document that says what a place is. Door 1 is slow, expensive, and built for courts and lenders.
Door 2 is different. Door 2 is the living record. The digest-stamped spatial file that says what a place looked like on this date, at this time, by this methodology, verified by this operator. Door 2 moves at the speed of the work.
EarthNode is Door 2. It binds the claim to the ground.

1. Services
Services cover three patterns of work: witness documentation for operators and institutions; spatial analysis for litigation support; and field interpretation for environments where remote sensing is insufficient. Each engagement is scoped on a call. The rate is set per engagement, not per hour. If you are an operator or institution with a geographic question that needs an independent answer, that is a Services conversation.
2. See the Method
The demos exist to prove the inventions. They are not trials and they are not memberships. They are public evidence that the method works. If the method holds up under scrutiny, the conversation about the engine can begin.
3. Engine / NDA
The engine sits behind counsel and NDA. The underlying system — the digest protocol, the stamping methodology, the chain-of-custody architecture — is covered by a patent application and defensive publications. Access begins with a scoping call.
What EarthNode Is Not
EarthNode GIS is not a franchise. There is no licensing of the name, the method, or the practice.
It is not a white-label platform. There is no reseller tier.
It is not a membership. There is no club, no community tier, no recurring access product.
It is not Trinity. It is not the Codex. It is not the House. Those are separate structures. EarthNode is the witness practice.
